Please kindly note as there have been an increase of countries requesting for their citizens to make payment for customs and imports fees for all imported packages, through this article, we would therefore like to highlight and reiterate that we do not have any control over these fees charged and they are 100% quoted and charged by either the customs department and / or the postal companies of your country.

 

Should you wish to dispute the international customs and imports fees received, we would highly encourage you to contact the relevant authority of your country.

WHY AM I REQUIRED TO PAY CUSTOMS AND IMPORTS  FEES?

 

In order to sustain a 'market advantage' and a 'buy local' initiative (this is to encourage their own citizens to support local businesses instead of importing goods overseas) as well as citations of overhead costs (increased manpower in customs clearance and postal companies to clear the high volume of packages as well as rising fuel prices for delivery to rural areas), more countries are now making these fees mandatory.


WHAT HAPPENS IF I DO NOT PAY THE CUSTOMS AND IMPORTS FEES?


In the event that you choose not to pay the customs and imports fees for your package, it will be disposed of by the customs department or postal company of your country. Please kindly note that your order will not be refunded in this case.
